FloriDiosa is an ongoing series by artist Cristi López. The illustrations are a celebration of Florida, the land that raised Cristi and continues to inform her art, advocacy, and activism. Diosa is the spanish word for goddess, a reference to Cristi’s Latin-American heritage and the divine, wild power of Mother Nature that exists in our state.
